Entering a new organization often leaves one with feelings of excitement, motivation, determination, fear and anxiety. My undergraduate studies in the field of Psychology and graduate education in Human Resources with an emphasis in Training and Development have enabled me to dedicate over 10 years to helping people minimize fear and anxiety by being an advocate for the learner. My goal is to provide them with the resources needed for success.  I have served in the following roles:
